Cathodic protection for offshore assets can be far more complicated than a design code. Deepwater engineers are specialists in offshore cathodic protection. We have designed, built and installed more cathodic protection systems offshore than anyone else.

Deepwater's first offshore wind project was on GE's Arklow offshore wind farm in 2004. Since then we have been assisting the renewable sector with cathodic protection systems and monitoring to address corrosion issues on the cutting edge of the offshore energy industry.

Offshore oil and gas operators have been coming to us for solutions since we opened in 1986. Since then, our project experience and expertise in offshore cathodic protection has only grown with the industry.

Docks and loading terminals present unique challenges for anode systems, and almost no two are alike. Deepwater engineers have developed multiple products to protect docks and jetties in the harshest conditions.

Deepwater has developed a number of products specifically suited to onshore operators as well as ports and terminals. I-Rod® pipe supports protect piping in most onshore facilities in the US and Europe, and TankGard™ anode systems for tank internals launched in 2017 to address process vessel corrosion in onshore fields.
